Vijay Mallya company United Breweries board will meet on 28 September 2007 to consider a rights issue. The United Breweries Rights Issue is expected to raise about 475 crores. Today after the rights issue announcement was made shares of United Breweries jumped 10% & expected to do well till right issue record date come closer.
